In this rented role you will be part of the Operations team and report to the Onsite Manager This position is based in Southwest Dublin and is not wieldy through public transport so you would need a car to get here. Full time permanent job Salary €24500 to €28500 39 hour week with flexibility on start and finish time required. Hours over 39 hours hours is paid at time and a half Responsibilities include •Plan the most constructive daily transport and wordage schedules. •Process orders received via telephone, email, fax, face-to-face or via Sales Team. •Prepare wordage dockets, schedule and intrust drivers to deliveries. •Ensure all consumer orders are delivered within well-set time- frame. •Maintain daily shipping records. •Prepare and maintain all relevant paper-work for payment transactions. •Manage mazuma payments for deliveries from drivers and prepare reports of mazuma and tuition sales. •Post transactions to consumer accounts. •Ensure on-going constructive liaison with drivers, customers, production and sales. •Understand and unzip specific targets regarding utilisation of trucks, financing and empty journeys. •Responsible for the wordage of the right quality in consultation with Technical Team and quantity of material to customer. •Manage instructions to drivers with regards to their working hours, breaks and rest periods. Be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.
